Before Bolling heads off to be a Cali girl, we had a mother-daughter weekend at Serenbe. It was such a great, great time! So thankful for our wonderful mothers and all the laughs we shared!

Changed things up from our traditional camping/kayaking Labor Day in Tennessee to go to the mountains with Katie and these 3 soon to be friends. It was one for the books! Filled with good food, laughs, adventure, and outdoors. What more could you want?!

weekend getaway
For Bakin's birthday I found a cute little cabin in the mountains for us. Just north of Asheville sits this precious farm complete with all the farm animals one could want. We cooked delicious meals from farm fresh food and day dreamed of having our own place like this.
Coincidentally, John's birthday bash was happening so we paid a visit. Great fun!! See you next year, Johnaroo!

Time to check off another bucket list item! Talladega 500.
Bakin and I stopped to check it out on a road trip through Alabama a few weeks ago and we decided we needed to go all out for a NASCAR adventure. Talladega 500. We did survive.
